How to do Drop Shipping

We have 2 solutions that customers use for drop shipping.

Automation for Actinic

This allows you to automate Actinic and can automatically send the packing lists to a 3rd party to fulfill the orders. If the drop shipper needs to amend the packing list this can be sent as RTF and edited with MS Word before sending to the final customer.

Order Processing for Actinic

This is more of a hands-on approach. You can define up to 40 email templates that can be used to send the packing lists (or invoices) to specific 3rd parties based on the selected orders. You can also define custom views (in the Advanced version) that can be used to extract order details into a custom defined format for any post processing (e.g. in Excel).

In both solutions the sent packinglist/invoice can be sent as xml, rtf or pdf.
