The Order Processing for Actinic interface presents you with many options on one screen.

Here you will find the main screen from 1stop broken down into 4 areas.

Areas 1 to 4


1) Refresh Orders
Each time you make a change on the screen, such as adding a filter, you will need to refresh the orders by pressing this button.
Additionally, if a change is made in Actinic, a message will be shown in 1Stop and you will need to press the "Refresh Orders" button to display these changes.

2) Order Selection - Filters
This selection of filters allows you to narrow down the display of orders, based on criteria selected by the dropdowns below. It is possible to filter on one or a combination of 2 or more fields together.
Status - You can filter your Actinic orders to show various order statuses such as payment pending, pending and not shipped, pending and shipped or completed etc.
This is an invaluable way of displaying all unprocessed (pending) orders, for example.
Highlight Colour Filter - If you use the Mole End Highlight Colour Manager, you can filter the display of orders by colour here. You can also set up your colours by clicking on the ... button, next to this option.
This can be useful for filtering suppliers or shipping methods, depending on what your colour manager setup is.
Date Filter - This gives a comprehensive list of preset date ranges and periods. You can control this list, and how it is used, by clicking on the ... button, next to this option.

3) Filter
This, more advanced, filter allows you to filter on specific fields, or columns, in your view/display.
Field - Gives the choice of all the current fields in your view and allows you to select one to filter by
Criteria - allows you to be specific about where your search query should be found (ie starting with, equal to, contains etc)
Value - This field allows you to input the specific phrase to be searched for, within the field specified, and filters all results based on this criteria.

4) Search for Orders with (F3)
This option allows you to search very specific search terms within the displayed orders (note, this will not search orders that are not displayed under the current filters or where the information required is not displayed in the current view/columns)
It can enable you to locate orders by order number, postcode, customer name (if displayed) and is invaluable to locating an order quickly.

5) Change Site, Options, Help
Change Site - This option allows you to switch site, within Order Processing for Actinic without having to switch sites in Actinic
Options - This button takes you to the main Order Processing for Actinic options where you can setup your emails, tracking, reports and more.
Help - takes you to our comprehensive, in-built help files.

6) Reports (for selected orders)
From within the "Reports" area, you can select reports to print (dependant on setup via Options screen), Export Reports and send to 3rd parties for fulfilment.
Select the desired reports, using the checkboxes, and choose print/export etc, as required.

7) Processing (for selected orders)
Format Addresses - This enables address formatting, such as capitalisation, upper case etc as pre-set via the Options screen
Make Payments - This creates payments for orders with outstanding balances, enabling you to ship and complete.
Ship Orders - Marks orderlines, within an order, shipped.
View Order - Opens the currently highlighted order.
Shred CC Details - removes sensitive credit card details from orders.
Track Online - uploads tracking details for an order, to the website (dependant on setup via Options screen)

8) Email Customers
A much overlooked feature of Order Processing for Actinic, is its fully customisable emails.
From here you can send one of an unlimited number of fully customisable and/or html customer emails, when setup via the Options screen.
For ease of startup, there are a number of built-in options ranging from "Order received" to "Order Shipped" and tracking emails.

9) Orders View
Another overlooked area of Order Processing for Actinic is the huge flexibility it offers with order display.

Understanding the different views in Order Processing for Actinic
The "View" dropdown offers a number of preset options  allowing you to carry out tasks such as order handling, credit card processing and exporting to various couriers, shippers and accounts packages.
These 'views' are fully customisable and can be adapted to suit your needs.

10) About, Print Orders, Export Orders, Create Accounts
About - takes you to the Order Processing for Actinic "About" screen where you can view your license details, software version and update your installation of Order Processing for Actinic.
Print Orders - Prints the details in the current view/columns for selected orders
Export Orders - Exports order details in the current view/columns for selected orders. Especially useful for exporting order information to accounts packages or courier files for dispatch.
Create Accounts - Allows you to create accounts, for all or selected customers, and assign orders to those accounts, if desired.
