If you receive an error when uploading a feed to either your website or Google, Kelkoo etc. and you have the correct login details and path this could be due to your firewall software.
With the Windows firewall you are prompted if you want the application (Product Mash) to be able to transfer files. You should select Always Allow. For other security software you may have to explicitly add the Product Mash to its list of allowed applications.
