If you need a .csv export file for a 3rd party (e.g. fulfillment house) which includes specific information, for example, order number, order details, customer name, customer address, amount paid, date you can use One Stop Order Processing to produce this.
You can define the fields that you want to show (using the Select Columns button at the bottom right of the screen). You can then export the orders that are shown (or ticked) to a CSV file by using the Export Orders button at the bottom left of the screen.
More advanced features include
. Fields shown can optionally not be exported (can be used for filtering).
. Fields can be calculated from other fields.
. You can add your own custom fields for each order, for example, batch number.
. You can automatically include file headers and footers (including time and date and column totals).
