ProductMash: After uploading a Google sitemap it can't be seen on the website.

When you register your Google sitemap file you specify a website location, for example, http://www.mole-end.biz/sitemap.xml. However, when you upload you need to check that the FTP root location matches that of your website. When you upload your sitemap file to your server root you need to check that it is visible from an internet browser (at the location set-up in the Google Sitemap settings).

To resolve this issue you will need to enter the path from the FTP root to your website root into the Path to root field in the Google Sitemap options. To find out what this path is you should follow the instructions in the Path to root section in the following help page:
