Email setup to use smtp, still uses Outlook
Question
I have noticed something curious about sending emails via Order Processing for Actinic or Automation for Actinic. When I send customer emails they go direct through my relay server but when I send 3rd party emails Outlook express is called up. The settings are the same for both applications. Any idea why this is happening?
Answer
In the Email 3rd Party options you need to tick Save Copy. This will then use your smtp settings.
